Gasco was established in 1986 by two former British Gas engineers. Based in Bridgnorth, they successfully built a loyal customer base and continued to grow the business. Within a year, the duo were joined by another former British Gas engineer.

Enjoying continued growth in business, attention was turned to the development of the company's office & administration duties. Joined by a former MEB computer systems analyst in 1988, Gasco implemented a brand new computer database to streamline business operations.

Within five years of start-up, Gasco employed 6 full time staff and had purchased its first premises. Due to further expansion, Gasco re-located to its current premises in 2005.

During 2006, Gasco was invited by CORGI to carry out gas safety audits on its behalf for Councils & Housing Associations in Shropshire, Mid Wales & the West Midlands. Following on from this Gasco has been an active participant in the installers' forum, involved in the transition from CORGI to the Gas Safe Register.

In 2007, the company was pleased to be awarded Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer status, which offers many benefits to customers, including extended manufacturer's warranty.

Gasco continues to pride itself on a polite and professional approach to all customers. Gasco engineers will always arrive at your house in smart uniform and driving a clean van which bears the distinctive Gasco logo.
